We are looking for a part time Porter for cleaning in Estero, Florida. Must have a smart phone to clock in and out each day, check work orders, etc. Must reliable transportation to get to work and must not mind working outside. We clean the common areas at shopping centers. You must also be able to pass a background check. You will be traveling to multiple shopping centers cleaning and reporting any issues at those properties. Our employees take pride in keeping their shopping centers looking good. Start at $13.50 an hour. This is an early morning position starting at 6:00 am working Monday through Friday for @ 4 to 6 hours per day. It would be perfect for an individual who is retired or looking for a little extra money.
Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: washing windows, changing garbage cans, cleaning dumpster areas, removing cobwebs, cleaning vacant spaces, checking for and reporting any possible liabilities such as potholes and broken car stops, and litter picking.
