We are looking for a part time janitorial team member(s) to perform cleaning tasks at multiple locations. Must be honest, dependable, flexible and have commercial office cleaning experience. Must be willing to take on more work as the company is growing quickly. Must be able to help fill in for personnel on vacation. Great for two person team. Must have cell phone and vehicle. This is an employee position. All supplies provided by employer. Most offices located off of 301 in Bradenton and Sarasota.

Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc) offices and common building areas
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Fill in for other cleaners as required
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Handyman skills a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
