A newer brand to the residential home cleaning industry, we are making our way into homes of the St. Petersburg Market! With that being said, we need YOU to help us grow.

What we are looking for is an experienced Cleaning Specialist who will come in with a positive can-do attitude. In this position, you will be expected to tackle some messy situations at times – and that is where the can-do attitude must come into play. Below you will see a brief job description for the Sr. Cleaning Specialist position.

Job Description:

Willingness to perform basic cleaning duties in homes and commercial properties ranging in size of 500 – 15,000 sft on average.
Cleaning of kitchen appliances, counter tops, cabinetry – both inside and out. Wiping down sinks, sweeping and mopping floors.
Dusting secured knickknacks, wiping table tops and sides, wiping of chairs and chair legs, mirrors, light switch plates, and windows, while using a cleaning solution designed for each specific area.
Cleaning of bathroom areas – scrubbing toilets, shower and tubs, bathroom sinks, floors, and cabinet/counter tops
Changing & making of beds and washing/drying of laundry as requested.
Other responsibilities may be requested by the customer\
Commercial and construction cleaning when necessary

Job Requirements:

Applicant must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation.
Must be able to perform work in the United States.
Applicant must be able to work Monday – Friday; hours may vary.
At least one year of experience cleaning homes, hotels, or similar is desired. Applicants who have experience cleaning 3-Star hotels or larger residential cleaning companies are highly encouraged to apply.
Sometimes lifting up to 25 lbs is necessary to complete an assignment.
Basic understanding of how to use certain cleaning equipment such as vacuum, floor cleaners, and abrasives for tough to clean areas.
The person filling this role must have a positive can-do attitude. As a start-up company, this position is an important face of our company and can lead to many avenues and great adventures in the near future.
Must have reliable transportation and be insured as you will be required to drive to each location. Gas reimbursement is available.
