Job Summary:
The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of various short-term rental properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, independence, and a strong dedication to guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where consistent performance and high standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and additional spaces.
- Linen Management: Change and launder linens and towels between guest stays.
- Dusting & Polishing: Furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as necessary.
- Trash Removal: Dispose of trash and recycling following proper guidelines.
- Restocking: Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, kitchen essentials, and linens.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and company protocols.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure each property meets The Housekeeper & Co, LLC’s cleaning protocols and exceeds guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred, particularly in hospitality or short-term rental environments. To be eligible for Full-Time, you must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to report any issues and follow instructions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between job locations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate guest turnover.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
