We are looking for a meticulous House Cleaner to join our team on maintaining our Airbnb property located at Zip Code 34239 , which includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom one story house. The ideal candidate will ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and welcoming for guests, adhering to a detailed checklist to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and the pool area.
Handle laundry services, including washing and drying linens and towels.
Clean and sanitize all areas effectively using the appropriate cleaning solutions.
Restock supplies as needed, ensuring that each area has the specified items (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, detergents).
Welcome guests by preparing a personalized welcome letter and kit. (printed)
Upload photos upon completion of cleaning to our portal as proof of work done.
Report any maintenance issues and manage emergency cleaning services as required.
Receive packages and manage garbage collection as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in house cleaning, particularly with Airbnb properties, is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques suitable for high-traffic guest accommodations.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Physical stamina and capability to handle intensive cleaning tasks.
Skills:
Experience in residential cleaning, particularly with rental properties.
Familiarity with customer service principles and ability to act as our representative at the property.
Skilled in inventory management to track and alert when supplies are low.
Ability to perform additional cleaning tasks as needed for unexpected guest-related issues.
Pay: $18-$20 per hour per cleaning session. No additional payment for cleaning products, or weekend work.
