Jani-King International is seeking a Corporate Director of Operation to lead a top-notch operations team in the corporate office and support the regional operations members to ensure the growth of our franchisees!

The primary responsibility of the Corporate Director of Operations is to direct the Corporate Operations Advisors and Regional Operations teams to reduce account cancellations, which is the primary purpose of Operations.
Duties:
- Become thoroughly familiar with the Jani-King Web Application, Franchise Agreement, the Policies and Procedures Manual, the Operations Managers Guide, the Franchise Training Manual, and the Franchise Operations Manual. These manuals establish and define the relationship between the franchise owner, the customer, and the regional office.
- Continue to drive the use of Connect Team for our Franchise Owners.
- Enforces the Jani-King’s policies and procedures throughout all corporate regions.
- Closely monitor the Jani-King Web Application and provide directions to regional operations teams ensuring procedures and protocol are being followed.
- Communicates daily with Corporate Advisors to apprise them of high priority new account starts, transfers, cancellations, and regional opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors weekly regional Wednesday Meetings to identify account retention strategies.
- Maintain communication with top billing accounts in each region.
- Implement and monitor new retention and revenue programs.
- Provide day-to-day assistance, support, advice, and technical expertise to any Customer Service and/or Operations personnel as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing the transition and implementation of Jani-King services to large venue clients.
- Acts as liaison for operations between JKI, franchise owner and client.
- Maintain client and franchise owner relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and problem solve operational functions and issues.
- Participate in the bidding process for new business including sales support and making presentations.
- Provide leadership, direction, and consultative support to JKI Corporate regions, internal departments, and external clients.
- Gather data and produce reports on production and operations.
- Keep job knowledge up to date by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks.
Skills/Experience:
- Must have logistical and hands-on experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning.
- Minimum 7 years of management or supervisor experience.
- Working knowledge of all government regulations and requirements such as OSHA and other safety regulations and other federal, state and local laws applicable to janitorial and commercial cleaning.
- Experience with LEED requirements and certification, recycling programs and green work environment programs a plus.
- Experience utilizing MS Office or other office software.
