Details About the Position:
- Full-time positions only
- Comprehensive paid training provided
- Comfortable working independently
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 7-8 hours, lift 20 lbs., bend, and kneel
- Service areas include South Lyon, Brighton, Howell, Highland, Commerce, Wixom, Milford, Pinckney, Novi, Northville, and Plymouth
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Clean clients’ homes according to Maid in Michigan standards using our Speed Cleaning technique, which you'll learn during training
- Communicate with clients and others professionally, ensuring they feel valued and cared for
- Manage your cleaning schedule, including driving to and from appointments on time.
- Maintain cleaning equipment provided by Maid in Michigan, ensuring it's in top condition and fully stocked for each appointment
- Deliver quality work by following Maid in Michigan’s cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness and customer satisfaction
