Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Manufacturing operator with a great concrete block manufacturer located in the Bradenton, FL area. $18+/hr
Duties Include:
- Removing and installing brick molds and cleaning all parts of the machinery and moving parts to designated areas.
- Shoveling, sweeping and raking up debris from base of machinery.
- Will also make adjustments to the calibration of the machine and make general repairs as needed to keep machine operating.
- Climbs into and works in an enclosed space when cleaning out the mixer.
- Make minor repairs to machinery
- Operate a Forklift to move material
Requirements:
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met by complying with legislation, company policies and promoting a safe work environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Prior asphalt experience is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work outside in the climate.
Environment:
- HOT, outside work and may climb into a mixer to scrape the concrete out of the mixer.
Hours: 3rd Shift:
- 6:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday
