**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and energetic Pool Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests at our resort's pool area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess excellent guest services skills, and be able to handle cash and other financial transactions. **Responsibilities:** - Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including the pool deck, pool equipment, and surrounding facilities. - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Manage poolside food and beverage services, including ordering supplies and operating a cash register. - Assist with events and special activities, such as pool parties and children's events. - Monitor and enforce pool rules and regulations, including ensuring children are supervised by adults at all times. - Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the pool filter and performing chemical tests. - Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Provide public speaking services as needed, such as making announcements or leading activities. - Participate in events management, including planning and coordinating poolside events and activities. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues. **Experience:** - Experience working with children and providing a fun and safe environment for them. - Proven customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Previous experience in food service and cash handling is highly desirable. - Experience working in a resort or hospitality setting, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services. - Familiarity with events management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in a theater or similar setting, with a focus on public speaking and audience engagement. **Skills:** - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong communication and public speaking skills. - Ability to handle cash and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. - Experience working with children and providing a fun and safe environment for them. - Experience in food service and events management. - Experience working in a resort or hospitality setting, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services. - Familiarity with theater or similar settings, with a focus on public speaking and audience engagement.
