Are you detail-oriented and passionate about creating a clean and welcoming environment? Palm Aire Country Club is looking for a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards!
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Housekeeping team is vital to operations as cleanliness is key to our members' satisfaction and to our success. As an integral part of this team the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of presentation and ensuring stellar guest satisfaction as it pertains to Club cleanliness. This role will involve meticulous cleaning and organizing to ensure a welcoming environment for our members and their guests. Attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to exceptional service are essential as you work collaboratively with the team to uphold the club’s reputation for excellence.
This position involves performing a range of daily cleaning duties, including but not limited to, laundry, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing all areas and common spaces throughout all of the Club’s premises. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are impeccably presented and in line with the Club’s premium standards. Key responsibilities include attending to members' needs with professionalism and discretion, reporting maintenance issues promptly and supporting Club Managers and special event preparation if needed. The Housekeeper must demonstrate a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills to contribute to an exceptional member experience.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in custodial or housekeeping roles.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Valid State Driver’s License required for cart travel, as needed.
