Housekeeping team member in deep cleaning of common areas and resident apartments according to schedule.
Physically able to stand and work for long periods of time. Observes safety and security procedures. Appearance is neat and clean. Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times and willing to help out where needed. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
Physically able to move at least 50 lbs
Must pass a Level 2 Background
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Must have an eye for detail and a positive, upbeat personality. Cleaning tasks may vary and individual must be able to adapt to changing schedules/duties. Respond cheerfully and project a positive attitude with each client’s individual request for specific cleaning tasks. Perform tasks with little supervision after orientation and training. Frequent contact with clients, visitors and family members.
