Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Maintenance/Dishwasher to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. This individual will also be responsible for the maintenance of kitchen and equipment.

Responsibilities:
-Performing routine daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning maintenance of kitchen and equipment
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
