Routine Duties
· Perform Duct Cleaning, Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation services to exceed industry standards and All Dry policies and procedures
· Perform demolition services as necessary to complete mitigation/remediation, including removal of debris and building materials
· Maintain constant communication with operations manager, supervised staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
· Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety recommendations utilizing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety practices.
· Ensure that material/tool/PPE inventories are maintained and purchased utilizing efficient procurement practices.
· Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and personal appearance.
· Always leave each jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
· Perform production processes following All Dry production guidelines.
· Always look for opportunities increase quality of customer service and satisfaction.
Position Requirements
. Smart, reliable and dedicated to craft VERY IMPORTANT
. Great Driving record and clean criminal history
· Effective written and oral communication
· Basic writing/math skills
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/accommodation.
· Ability to wear fit tested respirator (by a medical provider)
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals/potentially hazardous materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
