Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques and be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures
- Assist with floor care including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues
Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
- Experience with porter duties such as trash removal and recycling
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus
