Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial or housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial
- Ability to cook or prepare meals for clients may be required in some cases
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Skills:
- Proficient in various cleaning techniques and products for different surfaces
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to follow instructions and work according to established standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Knowledge of laundering techniques for cleaning linens and clothing
