QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Must have cleaning tools and supplies: vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies
- Must speak English
- Proficient cleaning skills
- Clean background check
- US driver license
- Consistent and punctual attendance
PAY
- Training is paid minimum wage
- Pay rate starts with $18/H. After every 4 months it will increase +$1
- Gas reimbursement
- Earn commission for bringing in new customers
- Earn bonuses by generating ideas that will improve the business
- Earn bonuses by bringing new team members
- Earn 100% of the tips
