Seeking contractor in the Sherrill's Ford area to take on part-time evening cleaning of model homes for new construction home builders. Require reliable contractors to provide high quality cleaning, be dependable with great communication skills. The contracts are evening only after 6 p.m., and are consistent week to week and year round.
Subcontractors need general liability insurance, also available through our company. As a subcontractor you act as your own business, providing all required equipment and supplies, pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Scope of work is provided and all contracts are accessible via cell phone or computer. Two years prior experience is preferred.
