Job Title: Home Cleaner and Household Assistant

Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Home Cleaner and Household Assistant to help maintain our home in Denver, CO. With four dogs in the household, we need someone who can effectively manage pet hair and maintain a deep clean on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a home where both residents work remotely.Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and deep cleaning tasks throughout the home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage pet hair and perform weekly grooming tasks for our dogs, including brushing hair and teeth.
- Pick up pet waste from the yard regularly.
- Coordinate cleaning activities to minimize disruption during work hours and communicate effectively about scheduling.
- (Future Responsibility) Prepare healthy meals according to dietary preferences once cleaning responsibilities are well-established.
Schedule:
- 3 days per week, including Saturdays and two weekdays (flexible scheduling, except Mondays).
- Ability to adjust cleaning times based on our work schedules to avoid disruption during meetings or calls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home cleaning and maintenance.
- Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks and manage pet-related cleaning.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling.
- Willingness to learn and prepare healthy meals in the future.
- Ability to provide references and pass a background check.
