Wilcox Farms is currently seeking exceptional candidates for our sanitation position at our Roy, WA, location. This position performs the day to day CIP operations:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works as a member of the sanitation crew in its nightly operations in our Egg Processing plant.
Disassembles parts of the processing equipment, sanitizes them, and reassembles them.
Washes and sanitizes all processing equipment, meeting or exceeding USDA standards.
Washes floors, walls, and bathrooms of the plant.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Education and/or Experience
- No formal education experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish (desired).
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
- Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
- HAACP, GMP, and BRC experience. (Preferred)
- Basic maintenance and electrical skills.(Preferred)
- Certifications
- No certifications required
- Skills Ability
- to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Physical requirements:
- able to stand, bend, reach, walk, fine manipulate for extended periods of time
- able to work with chemicals
- able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
Compensation: Hourly- $19-$21 (DOE)
