The primary duty of a Men's Locker Room Attendant is to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. An important part of that exceptional service is to provide a clean environment in the locker room by continuously monitoring the condition of the facility and immediately correcting any deficiencies. Maintain a polite and professional relationship with the members. Visible and out-front welcoming all guests and show them to the host member’s locker. Keep an accurate list of locker rentals and communicate that information to accounting so that member accounts can be billed properly
Essential Functions:
· CREATES WOW by: anticipating needs and wants, being prepared, being continuously enthusiastic, executing flawlessly and doing it now.
· Washes restroom floor, wipes mirrors, sinks and walls, and cleans basins and lavatories.
· Perform hourly checks of the restroom, sinks and countertops.
· Maintain shower towels on the locker benches with logo displayed.
· Maintains inventory & restocks supplies such as tissue, towels, soap, razors, etc.
· Performs personal services such as shine shoes, brush clothes, adjust mirrors, replace golf shoe spikes, etc.
· Provides for the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.
· Assist with maintaining the locker room budgets under the direction and guidance of the controller and the Head Golf Professional.
· Issues purchase orders, lockers and keys to members and guests as needed.
· Maintains a list of occupied lockers & provide billing list to the accounting office.
· Cleans & empties garbage cans and baskets daily.
· Takes & delivers phone messages for member and guests.
· Maintain and clean the locker room & breezeway, including trashcans and cleaning the windows.
· Maintain groomed appearance and wears approved uniform at all times while on club property.
· Clean all towels in the washhouse.
Required Competencies/Skills:
· Should possess a friendly & courteous attitude. Should have proficient experience of working with members and guests.
Required Experience:
· Requires mostly indoor work but occasional outdoor work required
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
· Requires some repetitive movements
· Exposed to various cleaning chemicals, wood and metal polishes, fumes, dust and noise.
· Weekend and Holiday work is required as requested.

50% of work in outside environment. Must be able to withstand heat/conditions outside
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb, stoop, bend, reach & extend, as needed, stand/walk an 8-hour shift.
