Position is fully onsite
Daily time in/out: 6am – 2:30pm during training period / max 2 months and then 8am-4:30pm once training is complete.
Summary:
- Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts.
- Primary function is to ensure equipment used by ADD Manufacturing is prepared and sterilized in accordance with approved current procedure.
Duties may include:
- Washing production containers via autoclave and washer, tracking inventory, schedule coordination, project support, following cGMP and accurate documentation.
- May require knowledge and/or experience in specific programs or processes pertinent to the customer.
Minimum supervision required
- Tracking inventory and schedule coordination with people on the team and outside of the team (i.e manufacturing – Talking with teams on when they need their clean containers)
- GMP can include accurate documentation, proper gowning procedures (hair net, beard net, labcoat and glasses) following the OPs daily
- The knowledge/experience in specific programs is MSS (which isn’t super important to know), everything will be OTJ learning
Minimal supervision required:
- I will be around everyday, but expected to guide and self-monitor self, dictate ones own schedule for the day after assessing what needs to be cleaned or done for the day.
- Washing (essentially a Giant dishwashwer) Examples – Carboys, flasks, caps, glassware, beakers, and washing tanks.
- Autoclaves (A type of washer that uses steam instead of hot water to sterilize) – Glassware, flasks, carboys
- Cleaning tanks – Washing and flushing manufacturing tanks
- Waste Runs – Waste pickup with another team member, there is po-bio waste needed to pickup, depending on the volume manufacturing does.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.43 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Washing production containers via autoclave and washer: 3 years (Preferred)
- GMP: 3 years (Preferred)
- Cleaning tanks – Washing and flushing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Washing (essentially a Giant dishwashwer): 3 years (Preferred)
- washing flasks, caps, glassware, beakers,: 3 years (Preferred)
