Job Duties-
This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and chemically treating pools on a route. We provide the truck, chemicals, supplies, and customers; everything needed to complete your job. Your average day will be spent taking the company truck from pool to pool, maintaining anywhere from 10-20 pools a day.
You will need to regularly test and add chemicals, empty baskets, skim, vacuum, brush, and clean the filter. You will be expected to proactively monitor the system as a whole, and let both us and the customer know if a repair is needed. In addition, you will be expected to complete brief written reports upon completion of each pool you visit, which will be turned in at the end of each day.
ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT AVAILABLE- Our ideal candidate is mechanically minded and/or has experience in pool equipment repairs and service work. If possible, we would like to hire someone who can be trained to work in our service department and work a hybrid role that is a mix of pool maintanence and service work. Requirements-
- 21+
- Driver license
- Comfortable with spoken and written English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to lift 50lb bags of chemicals
- 2+ years experience on a pool route

Many of our technicians get into work by 7am and are done for the day by 2 or 3pm, but starting earlier or later is fine as long as the work is done.
What Are We Looking For?
Our ideal candidate is dependable above all else. We understand that life happens and try to maintain fair expectations, however attendance and showing up everyday is a huge part of the job.
We are also ideally looking for someone with the experience and skillset to quickly take over a full time route. We are however able to provide training for a motivated candidate.
Compensation-
The final number is dependent on the number of pools per week you do, as pay is a percentage of the contract plus a percentage of any sales made to your customers. However we have plenty of pools available, and every one of our technicians who wants to add to their workload has that option.
Any training period will be paid an hourly rate which will be discussed during the interview. As we are looking for someone with experience, we would expect that the training period is minimal.
