Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations by staying in regular communication with cleaning technicians and the Owner.
- Develop and oversee standard operating procedures for all aspects of operations to include maintaining client and employee files and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain an organized system of communications, standard operating procedures, supplies, and equipment.
- Support client relations by assisting with follow-up sales calls, answering online requests for cleaning services, and other follow-up communications, including preparing estimates.
- Assist with scheduling technicians and verifying timesheets.
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate staff, and take messages.
- Manage uniform inventory and maintain records, monthly statistics, birthday schedules, and recognition gifts.
- Assist technicians with mapping, questions, and check-in/out processes.
- Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Mix cleaning solutions, refill jugs, and replenish tool shelves.
- Create and manage technician kits, Check and maintain vacuums, empty trash, and keep the office neat and organized.
- Run errands as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience with G Suite software
- Experience with scheduling software; our platform is Jobbers
- Experience with Trello, Click Up or other project management software
- Experience with Canva preferred
- Experience with multitasking in a fast paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- This position will start at 25 hours per week while training and then increase to 35 hours per week

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
