We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents. **Responsibilities:**
- Clean and maintain all areas of the community, including resident rooms, guest rooms, common areas, and offices
- Perform daily duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and restocking linens
- Ensure all bathrooms are clean, well-stocked, and hygienic
- Maintain the appearance of public spaces and corridors
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility's storage areas
- Monitor and report any damage or maintenance issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
