SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Houseperson is responsible for providing outside cleaning/maintenance services to Windsor offices, amenities, and accommodations to ensure the overall cleanliness with continuing effort to deliver outstanding service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Regular attendance and timeliness are required in all coverage areas.
- May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines in coverage areas.
- Schedule / oversee pressure washing/hosing and bleaching as needed in coverage areas.
- Assist housekeepers with ladder work inside in coverage areas.
- Follow directions.
- Handle problematic situations professionally and discreetly.
- Report maintenance deficiencies.
Accommodations – Village Centre Suites
- Clean golf carts
- Clean garage
- Wash windows.
- Sweep and blow debris.
- Cobweb and bug removal throughout areas.
- Hose down buildings and bleach when needed.
- Assist guests with luggage.
Windsor Offices – Administration, Clubhouse, Concierge, and Sales Office
- Clean golf carts

- Clean lighting
- Assist Housekeepers when needed.
Windsor Amenities – Golf Clubhouse (Pro shop), Restaurants, Gallery, Locker rooms, Half-way Houses, Village Store, Equestrian, Fitness, and Tennis
- Clean bathrooms
- Clean golf carts
- Clean ceiling fans
- Discard trash.
- Clean windows
- Assist in hurricane preparations.
- Assist Housekeepers when needed.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Must have the ability to move heavy objects. Must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. May be exposed to human body fluids. Must be physically present.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Two years’ experience with housekeeping in a hospitality related industry preferred.
