As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Cleaning Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Manager, the Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for tracking inventory, spot-checking cleaners' work, driving cleaners to various locations, and supporting the team to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Quality Control:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Conduct spot checks on completed cleans to verify quality and adherence to checklists.
- Provide guidance and support to cleaners, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management:
- Track and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and available for cleaners.
- Coordinate with the Manager to reorder supplies as needed.
- Logistics & Coordination:
- Drive cleaners to various residential and commercial locations across Cleveland.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating cleaner assignments.
- Ensure cleaners have access to all necessary resources and information.
- Gas will be compensated per the IRS rate of ($0.67/mile)
- Communication & Reporting:
- Report daily operations, issues, and cleaner performance to the Manager.
- Communicate effectively with the cleaning team to ensure smooth operations.
- Address client concerns or feedback as needed, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Licenses: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing needs and environments.
