We are seeking a reliable and experienced Home Service Professional to assist us in our daily home lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized home. You will be responsible for performing a variety of household chores including cleaning, laundry, cooking, and other general housekeeping tasks to ensure the home is well-kept and welcoming.
This candidate will be reporting directly to our residence in Miramar, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and maintain all areas of the home including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing.
- Laundry: Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes, linens, and other fabrics.
- Cooking: Prepare daily meals according to household preferences, ensuring meals are nutritious and served on time. May involve meal planning and grocery shopping.
- Grocery Shopping: Manage grocery inventory, create shopping lists, and purchase items as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and household.
- Organization: Assist with organizing household items, maintaining neatness in closets, drawers, and storage areas.
- Errands: Run household errands such as picking up dry cleaning, dropping off/picking up packages, and other assigned tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or domestic work is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet with the ability to respect household privacy.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, if required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to [weight limit] as part of cleaning and organizing duties.
- Proficiency in English is a MUST, proficiency in Chinese is a PLUS.
