Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our clients’ homes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others maintain beautiful living spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, countertops, and appliances.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored and maintained properly.
- Follow specific cleaning instructions and preferences of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
