Home Services
Home Services is our prioritized internal vendor who provides a wide range of residential repairs primarily for our managed portfolio. Home Services aims to provide our clients the most cost effective solutions delivered with a highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Home Services and Home Services Management reports to our SVP of Operations.
Independent Contractor Technician & Cleaner Overview
As an independent contractor who helps support Home Services, you will enjoy the luxury of priority, to perform services in your line of business throughout the entire market. We are looking for independent contractors who are well experienced handymen and/or cleaners. We expect our independent contractors to be professional, timely, customer service based, respectful, and clean while performing all services. We aim to maintain our core values and level of commitment to our customers through this position.
Technician: You will be required to:
- Perform residential repairs including but not limited to: plumbing, hvac, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, fencing, landscaping, painting, etc
- Provide true, accurate, & flexible estimates | assessments free of charge
- Provide true, accurate, & timely invoices (within 24 hours)
- Provide clear before and after photos with detailed completion notes
- Periodically perform inspections and other simple tasks for the company
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or higher with our tenants
Cleaner: You will be required to:
- Perform residential cleaning services including but not limited to: floors, walls, counters, carpets, sinks, baths, toilets, appliances, ceiling fans, windows, powerwashing, etc
- Provide true, accurate, & flexible estimates | assessments free of charge
- Provide true, accurate, & timely invoices (within 24 hours)
- Provide clear before and after photos with detailed completion notes
- (If desired) Periodically perform inspections and other simple tasks for the company
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or higher with our tenants

Additional Requirements:
- Clean background check
- Proof of liability insurance coverage
- Ability to accept payment via credit card (or ach)
- 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial repairs
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other certification preferred
- Standard set of residential repair tools
- Reliable truck, van, or vehicle
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
