About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier cleaning services to our valued customers in their homes. You will ensure a clean and healthy environment for our clients by following our established cleaning procedures and using eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough deep cleaning services in client homes, utilizing your own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. (Note: This clarifies you provide the cleaning supplies)
- Travel directly to client locations and maintain a reliable and professional schedule.
- Successfully complete a background check to ensure a safe and trustworthy work environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and efficient work area.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2+ years of delivering high-quality cleaning results in a professional house or commercial cleaning setting.
- We offer an initial commitment of 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for significant growth to 15-35 hours per week as our business expands.
- You have proof of active general liability insurance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check.
