Most of our accounts are located in Nassau County and surrounding areas so living within the county is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients with a friendly, professional demeanor, whether over the phone or in person. Your goal is to build positive, long-lasting relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our cleaning services. Manage digital marketing campaigns, create promotional materials, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Service Knowledge: Use your understanding of commercial cleaning procedures to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients. Tailor your sales approach based on each client’s unique needs.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and manage client databases. Ensure all documents are filed accurately and confidentially.
- Sales Management: Manage existing accounts and establish new ones. Organize your daily schedule to meet and exceed sales targets, and keep management informed with regular activity and results reports.
Experience | Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of general office cleaning procedures, customer service principles, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications (specifically Word, CRM, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and other industry-related software and office equipment.
- Ability to develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex and sensitive issues, and to use independent judgment to make decisions and recommend/implement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English, with the ability to maintain interpersonal and cooperative relationships with management, staff, and clients.
- Skills in Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation, Client Relationships, and Motivation for Sales.
