Job Summary
We are seeking a Head Custodian to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, and floor care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate custodial staff
- Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or related roles
- Knowledge of residential painting is a plus
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of industrial cleaning practices
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
