Job description
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated vacant units (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Ensure curb appeal for exterior areas of property
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supplies
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor or maintenance assistant
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
