As an Overnight Cleaning Specialist, you will help uphold these ideals in our kitchen where we consistently prepare: chicken breaded by hand in our restaurants, produce that is freshly prepped daily, and our other classic, delicious products by maintaining high levels of cleanliness and follow proper procedures. As an Overnight Cleaning Specialist your role is critical in ensuring our environment is clean and safe for our guests and team. You will be expected to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines as you maintain the cleanliness of our floors, mop sink, shelving, ice machine, and any other current cleaning need within the restaurant.

Hours:
- Available between the hours of 10pm-2am
- Four to five nights a week, Saturdays required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate shelving both high and low
- Adhere to all Operational Standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to self-manage
- Detail-oriented
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-30 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- ServSafe or other Food Safety Certifications are a plus

Overnight Cleaning Specialist Responsibilities:
Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists. Tasks and responsibilities that may be included are listed below:
- Sweeping floors
- Scrubbing and mopping floors
- Dusting ceiling tiles and vents
- Cleaning drains
- Cleaning trash cans
- Cleaning Shelving
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
