Job Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative at Max Maid Cleaning, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and build relationships with potential clients. You'll be the face of our company, introducing our high-quality cleaning services to businesses in the community. Success in this role will be rewarded with performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and sell Max Maid Cleaning's services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- The leads will need to be generated by you, so someone who is creative and self motivated is a must.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
