Job Overview
We are seeking a part time (potential full time) employee for pressure washing, repairs & applying sealant to paver bricks. 15-25 hours per week to start. Monday-Friday, daytime work only, NO WEEKENDS
Work is outdoors. Above average pay and an increase once training is complete. Potentially more hours available based on job performance and proven reliability.
Experience with painting, pressure washing or paver brick installation will result in a higher starting salary.
We are looking for long-term employees - this is not a summer job for students. Must have reliable transportation to our East Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch location. Transportation to the job site is provided from there. Clean driving record is required.
Qualifications
- Core skills: Pressure washing techniques, paver installation knowledge
- Premium Skills: Experience in working with various surfaces, such as concrete, brick, and stone
- Relevant Skills: Understanding of proper cleaning agents for different materials, ability to operate pressure washing equipment effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
