JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Community Service Pool Attendant is responsible for coordinating the daily activities at the Community Pool Office. This position performs pool facility office opening & closing procedures, managing the pool office, ensuring District policies and procedures are adhered to by patrons, as well as light cleaning and event help in the operation of recreational facilities. This position is Part Time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows specific procedures to open & close pool facility
Manages pool office to ensure patrons visiting pool facility have proper Resident ID & Guest passes
Monitors activities of pool facility enforcing District policies & procedures
Light cleaning responsibilities.
Interacts with independent contractors and the general public.
Monitors Room & pool party rentals at facility
Provides general labor for special events if applicable.
Maintains communication with Inframark Project Manager and Inframark Lifestyle Administrator
Processes swim test applicants
Posts updates on social media
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to work a Flexible Schedule – Weekdays, weekends, evenings & holidays based on community pool schedules. It will be 16 hours a week and must be able to work Friday & Saturday 8 hours each day.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License (Class B CDL preferred).
Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google docs & internet. Experience working with social media.
Communication: Must have experience working with the public. Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.
Problem Solving & Quality: Pays attention to detail. Identifies & solves problems. Escalates issues accordingly. Checks work for quality.
Managing For Results: Works well with supervision. Takes projects to completion. Follows all company policies & SOPs. Manages multiple tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
