About Us: We are a premier cleaning service specializing in short-term vacation rentals in Charlevoix and Emmet County. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch cleaning services, ensuring guests have a pristine and welcoming environment for their stay.

Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Vacation Rental Cleaners to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties to the highest standards. This includes general cleaning, laundry, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready.

Pay structure:

Hands on training (one week)=$20.00 per hour

After 30 Days with us: $23.00 per JTH

After 60 Days with us: $25.00 per JTH

***This is a non benefited position***

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
Change linens, make beds, and replace towels.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces.
Check and restock essentials like toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or damages.
Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistency in service.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Transport linens, pick up and droop off lines at assigned locations.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation rentals or hospitality.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable and insured transportation, along with a valid driver's license.
Must have a smartphone with room to download scheduling app.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
Must be able to lift linen bags up to 50 pounds.
Need to be able to work scheduled hours with out smoking.
