Gaming Capital Group (GCG), a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for a dynamic
person to join our team servicing the Catawba Two Kings Casino. This person will be responsible for
warehouse duties, game preparation for installations, and game technician responsibilities on the
casino gaming floor. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with shipping and receiving in the warehouse, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise,
matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing to appropriate associates for
processing.
- Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or designated
locations.
- Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and
distributing items to shipping or designated route driver storage area.
- Always Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness.
- Preparing Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) for impending Casino floor projects includes
cleaning, install EGM to specific base, removing cash boxes from EGM, installing player tracking
systems, locks, toppers, and changing candle lenses to Casino recommended colors. This may also
include performing GAT loading and storing EGMs in their designated locations until it is time to
load on the box truck before delivering them to the Casino.
- Loading trucks and delivering EGM equipment and parts to the Casino for projects. Unloading,
positioning, and setting the EGMs; running power cords; connecting the EGMs to any necessary
networks; bolting EGM bases together; and connecting banks of EGMs to the main power switch.
Preparation and installation of all EGM equipment
- Perform EGM theme change and/or conversions, set options, and repair EGMs in a Casino
environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all EGM parts issued and used.
- Properly document repairs and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot problems for customers and other on-site technicians.
