**Job Description:**
We are seeking diligent, reliable, and professional cleaners to join our team as 1099 contracted employees. As a cleaner with InHome Partners, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' Airbnb properties. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, ensuring all spaces are spotless and ready for guest check-in.
- Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality, providing an immaculate environment for guests.
- Arrive on time for scheduled cleaning appointments and complete tasks within the designated time frame (10am to 4pm).
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests, maintaining excellent customer service.
- Maintain a client-centric mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction with every service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in professional cleaning or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various client locations in the Denver metro area.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Business liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance are required.
**Compensation:**
- This is a 1099 contracted position.
- Revenue from cleanings will be split between the cleaner and the company, with the specific terms to be negotiated based on experience and performance.
