Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting for commercial and residential customers
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Experience in industrial cleaning or porter services is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
