We’re a premium home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing & holiday light installation services. General Labor Field Team - Exterior Homes Services Pay: $16-$20/hr + bonus + tips Hiring Immediately for Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal & Student Jobs We operate Mon-Sat from 8 am-5 pm and offer flexible schedules. Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week. Shifts are typically 8-10hrs. You'll be joining a great team at Shack Shine where you’ll be fully trained to use all the tools to help our customers’ homes and properties shine. This is a great opportunity for people that want to get/stay in shape, like physical work, enjoy working outside, and appreciate variety - no two days are the same!.

About the position:
You’ll be matched up with your team for the day and head out to different customers’ homes and properties in Orlando where you’ll complete the services they ordered.
You'll use the latest equipment and technology that we’ll fully train you on. Services include window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas lighting installs.
You’ll ensure the services are completed professionally and in a timely manner, leaving smiles on our customers’ faces
About you:
Valid standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
Previous physical labor and/or customer service experience is a plus!
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Friendly personality
Experience in labor jobs and/or a strong work ethic
Experience offer interior/exterior window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing.
Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must.
Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools.
Driver's license and acceptable driving history
Reliable transportation
