Clean, restock and disinfest the bathroom (lobby area) Laundry- wash and dry towels as needed several times a day Sweep and mop the Valet lobby floors, lobby floor next to mailbox. Wipe down the window sills, base boards, mailboxes all furniture. Vacuum Tower 1 rug. Wipe the inside and outside of the doors including frames. Sweep and mop the elevator lobby area. Dust the art work. Clean, sweep and mop elevators 1 & 2 Wipe down walls and clean mirrors. Clean, sweep and mop Staircase 2 landing and wipe down door Vacuum Tower 2 rug. Wipe the inside and outside of the doors including frames. Sweep and mop the elevator lobby area. Dust the art work. Clean, sweep and mop elevators 3 & 4 Wipe down walls and clean mirrors. Clean, sweep and mop Staircase 3 & 4 landing and wipe down door Vacuum Tower 3 rug. Wipe the inside and outside of the doors including frames. Sweep and mop the elevator lobby area. Clean the inside and outside elevator doors, elevator tracks, and walls inside the elevator. Wipe down baseboards, light fixtures, walls, etc. Beach Elevator landings each floor. Laundry- wash and dry towels as needed several times a day Towel container ready for next day beach service Follow the monthly calendar for weekly duties. Wiping all elevator buttons, door handles, all high touch areas, Vacuuming rugs to remove sand, wiping entry doors glass to remove fingerprints, wipe intercom buttons, remove trash from front desk and office, wipe down office yellow chain
