Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our hotel or residential facility. The Housekeeper will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel or residence, including guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Clean and maintain all surfaces, including carpets, furniture, and fixtures.
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to clean and sanitize surfaces and areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to guest requests and addressing any issues promptly.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for residential cleaning roles).
- Knowledge of cooking and food preparation (for residential cleaning roles that involve cooking or food preparation).
