The cleaner is responsible for the upkeep, janitorial services, and floor care of a commercial property located in Tracy, CA. Shift schedule is Monday-Friday 6am-2pm.

Responsibilities and Duties
The duties of a Janitor include but are not limited to the following responsibilities and other job assignments:
- Clean restrooms
- Replenish restrooms
- Empty trash
- Empty recycle bins
- Clean desks where applicable
- Clean tables in rooms
- Vacuum offices, common areas
- Clean interior glass
- Dust partitions, cabinets, and vents
- Mop floors
- Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning
- Strong attention to detail required
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Must be flexible in hours and days available to work

- Stack Pallets
Must be flexible in hours and days available to work, normal work week Mon - Fri. Weekend work required as workload demands and customer requests.
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning
- Strong attention to detail required
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Must be flexible in hours, shifts, and days available to work
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with Floor Equipment, Auto Scrubbers (walk behind and riders), High-Speed Burnishers, Side to Side Scrubbers
- Follow all company Policies and Procedures
- Pass Federal Criminal Background Check
