## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations. Initial in person training of 2 weeks, then work from home with regular in person/virtual check-ins. 20 hours/week.
## Duties
- Manage calendars
- Invoicing
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Provide personal assistant support to executives when needed
- Handle clerical tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining supplies
- Ability to computerize documents, transcribe notes accurately, and maintain organized files
## Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel/Numbers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
*Experience with Supply Pro a plus but not required
