Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Handle and dispose of waste following proper procedures
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when restocking is needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality service delivery
Experience:
- Familiarity with laundering procedures for linens and towels
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Experience in both residential and commercial cleaning environments is a plus
