JOB TITLE : FRONT DESK/STORE CLERK
PURPOSE STATEMENT: Responsible for all guest registrations and reservations, front desk activities, and/or store sales, under general supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. The list of duties and responsibilities are not listed by importance or priority. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Three to six months related experience and/or training. Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Responsible for opening and closing the office.
- Answering telephone within 3 rings.
- Making guest reservations by phone or in person.
- Checking guest arrivals and departures in and out of the RV Park.
- Answering guest questions about the resort and local area pertaining to shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Selling of camp store supplies and renting of kayaks.
- Light cleaning of office.
- Operating office machines.
- Works as a team with other associates to maintain seamless service for guests.
- Up sell guest on sites, service, and amenities.
- Comply with resort safety and loss control procedures.
- Routes incoming mail.
- Have knowledge of resort emergency procedures.
- Serves as a liaison between guests and maintenance staff.
- Fulfill any reasonable work requested by the RV Resort Manager or the RV Resort Office Manager.
- Purchasing office and camp store inventory as directed by management.
- Issuing and maintaining of gate codes for each reservation.
- Timely responds to inquiries by mail, e-mail and phone.
- Provide proper, exceptional service to customers and employees and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner to reflect Linger Lodge high standard of excellence.
- Inform maintenance staff of needs.
- Share information with other personnel to facilitate their successful performance including quickly directing emergency issues and concerns to appropriate department.
- Cheerfully takes complaints, suggestions, and requests from guests.
- Maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Ensure guest confidentiality standards are followed.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Follows all office procedures.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
