Environmental Services Technician
The cleaning technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment for commercial, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities. Duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, and cleaning surfaces with disinfectants. Must be able to perform tasks within the allotted amount of time. Have experience with VCT stripping/waxing and tile&grout cleaning. Willingness to grow in a career position, ability to operate your own carpet truck

Essential Functions
- Perform General cleaning services
- Service, clean and supply restrooms.
- Making beds to specifications.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash and recycling bins.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
- Ensure all security measures are taken in accordance with individual facility requirements.
