*Pay:* $20 Per Hour Normally 2.0-3.0 Hours to clean the entire property.
*About Us:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable cleaner to maintain our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb property. Our home will also feature a hot tub in the near future, so experience with or willingness to learn hot tub maintenance is a plus. Our goal is to ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and comfortable stay.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*General Cleaning:*
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- You will be responsible for changing the bed linens and making the beds. The property includes a washer and dryer for your use. You will need to launder all bed linens and towels after each guest's stay. There are three sets of linens available on-site to facilitate a smooth turnover between guests.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Proof of Clean: Photos of completion uploaded to our portal
- Maintenance Reporting (asking us if something needs to be fixed)
- Pressure washer the pool area
- Deep cleaning in items like ceiling fans
- Baseboards cleaning
- Carpet cleaning and changing the AC filter (we provide the filter, when needed)
- Inventory Tracker: Alerts you when supplies are running low
- Package Reception: Receive packages on our behalf (when needed)
- Garbage collection (if some guest forget it)
- Be our eyes/voice at the property with the guests
*Kitchen Duties:*
- Cleaning countertops, appliances, and cabinets.
- Washing dishes or loading/unloading the dishwasher.
- Emptying trash bins and recycling.
*Hot Tub Maintenance:* (for the future only)
- Cleaning and sanitizing the hot tub.
- Checking and maintaining water levels and chemical balance.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
*Additional Tasks:*
- Restocking essential supplies (e.g., toiletries, kitchen basics).
- Reporting any damages or issues with the property.
- Ensuring all areas of the house are ready for the next guest. Items like ceiling fans, pool area, main entrance etc.
*Qualifications:*
- Prior cleaning experience, preferably in a vacation rental or similar setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Experience with or willingness to learn hot tub maintenance.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
